South Wales has some truly stunning scenery and the centre of Cardiff has been transformed over the last 15 years, in particular Cardiff Bay and the Welsh Assembly venue. Just across the channel from Bristol this healthy local competition no doubt assists in attracting work to both commercial centres and Cardiff firms have also been successful in securing a great deal of public sector work.

Nearby the vibrant city of Newport has the ambitious practice of Harding Evans and this can be a great location to get to places such as the Wye Valley or Brecon Beacons.

Generally speaking the salaries on offer do tend to be lower than the Bristol salaries.
