Penny Hoy (Director) returned to legal recruitment in 2004 when she was primarily involved in developing the Southwest market and assisted the setting up of the Hays Legal office in Bristol. Originally from Cheltenham, and with connections in Bristol and mid Wales the Midlands and Southwest are familiar areas.
